When you request a quote, book a cleaning or sign our service agreement, you give us:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service address, city and ZIP code
• Details about the job: the service, home size, add-ons, preferred date and time, access and parking notes, and anything you write in the notes field
• A promo code, if you enter one
• For the service agreement, your signature and the date you signed

When you use the website, our analytics tools also record how the site is used: pages visited, the device and browser, the approximate location derived from the IP address, and how you arrived (for example from a search or an ad). We don’t collect payment card details on this website.

• To prepare your quote and schedule your cleaning
• To contact you about your request, your appointments and the service
• To keep records of the work we do and the agreements you sign
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the site

By submitting a form on this site, you agree that Nova Cleaning Services may contact you by phone call, text message or email about your request and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by writing to contact@novahs.us.

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business:

• Housecall Pro, our scheduling and job-management system, which receives your request and contact details, and runs the chat window on the site
• Our email provider, which delivers your request to our team
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which measure how the site is used
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which measures visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads
• SearchAtlas, a tool that helps us improve how the site appears in search

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies in your browser to recognize return visits and measure ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service, and afterward for as long as our accounting, tax and legal obligations require.

Our services and this site are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
