What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?

A deep clean reaches areas a regular clean doesn't, such as inside cabinets, the oven, the fridge and windows. It also spends more time on areas that need extra attention and on areas that haven't been cleaned recently.

Inside the oven and inside the fridge are chosen per appliance when you book, so a second oven or fridge can be added.

How long does a deep cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of the house. A larger home, or one that hasn't been cleaned in a while, takes longer.

The booking form asks for your home's size and when it was last professionally cleaned, so the visit can be planned around both.

Do I need to prepare the house?

Yes. Make the areas you want cleaned accessible. If you'd like the inside of cabinets or other interior spaces cleaned, empty them first, and if you have kids, pick up the toys so the team can reach floors and surfaces.
