Yes, we work to keep the same cleaners on your home every visit. If your team ever has to change, we'll tell you in advance and introduce you to both teams.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. We just need your instructions for getting into the house and for locking the doors when we leave.
Many clients simply share a door code or tell us where a key is kept.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring all the products and professional vacuums needed for the cleaning. If you prefer particular products, you're always welcome to provide your own and we'll use them.
